Owned by the Loggin family since 1867

The units and offices are located around the former rickyard of the farm. They have been redeveloped to the highest specifications, meeting the current building regulation standards in addition to providing an enjoyable environment in which to work. There is also a shared outdoor area to relax, eat lunch and benefit from the fresh air.

Our Range of Offices

The traditional barns have been thoughtfully converted from agricultural buildings into character offices, ensuring a light and airy feel to the working environment.

Connectivity

The offices benefit from superfast broadband. They have discreet skirting trunking to carry power and communications around the office. Modern oil fired boilers and radiators provide the heating and hot water.

Office Units

We have 6 offices ranging from 400 - 1800 square feet. Offices are equipped with modern meeting rooms, break out areas and flexible layout options. All offices are designed around the old barn styles.

Modern Facilities

Being out on a farm doesn't mean you have to compromise. All offices either have their own kitchens and WC's, or shared conveniences including a disabled WC. Excellent lighting can be found throughout.

Industrial Units

We have 8 units on the site fully insulated with excellent facilities. Units vary in size and layout, ensuring that we can offer a solution to all businesses.

Connectivity

We offer 3 phase and 240v power with ample sockets. The offices can take phones and are able to benefit from superfast broadband. There are WC and kitchen facilities, either shared or within each unit.

Industrial Units

We have 8 units ranging from 1000 - 3,500 square feet, designed for a variety of use from storage to well insulated and heated work spaces. All units are well maintained and offer excellent access for loading.

Security

The access road to the site is protected by an electric gate, closed after business hours, accessible by a coded key pad. All units securely locked and offer external lighting around the site for parking and safety.

Solar Power

We have 33 kw of solar panels on the unit roofs providing power to the site in favourable conditions, with any surplus going back into the grid. During much of the summer the site can be self sufficient in electric.
